Concealed Handgun Permit Certification Class
Colorado Concealed Carry (CCW/CHP) Class
This Colorado Concealed Carry class is designed to meet the training requirements for a Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) while giving students a solid, real-world foundation in safe and responsible carry. Whether you’re new to concealed carry or looking to refresh your knowledge, this course provides clear, practical instruction in a supportive environment.
Students will learn Colorado and federal firearms laws, safe handgun handling and storage, situational awareness, and the legal use of force. The class also covers concealed carry considerations, holster selection, and best practices for carrying responsibly in everyday situations. Instruction emphasizes safety, confidence, and informed decision-making.
Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate suitable for submission with their CHP application through their local sheriff’s office.
Topics include:
- Colorado concealed carry laws and legal responsibilities
- Firearm safety and safe storage
- Use of force and self-defense considerations
- Concealed carry methods and equipment
- Practical mindset and situational awareness
No prior experience is required. This class is taught by a knowledgeable instructor committed to safe, lawful, and responsible firearm ownership.
